Yes. We support Power BI-only environments, but Managed Services becomes even more impactful when connected to backend systems like Fabric or Databricks.

Bronze includes proactive monitoring and alerting. Silver adds break/fix support alongside monitoring.
This add-on provides tenant-level visibility into workspace hygiene, user activity, model refreshes, and RBAC policies through a monthly SaaS tool.

Platinum expands support to include help desk capabilities such as workspace/user provisioning, intake management, role changes, and access governance.

Ad Hoc support is available for clients who don’t need continuous monitoring but want access to Collectiv’s team for break/fix support.
All services are delivered in standard six-month terms, with options to bill monthly or upfront.
Clients can renew at the same or a different tier, or offboard with Collectiv’s support team.
